Who provides MAUDEX
MAUDEX is provided by 6FIVE AB, a Swedish company based in Malmö, Sweden. By using MAUDEX, creating an account, accessing a showroom or completing checkout, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these Terms.
Using the service
MAUDEX is intended for lawful brand, marketing, sales, PR, media-bank, creator workflow and partner communication purposes. You may not use MAUDEX to upload or share unlawful, harmful, misleading, rights-infringing or unauthorized material.
Accounts and access
Some showrooms or downloads may require an account, invitation or approved access. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for ensuring that people you invite have the right to access the material.
Content and rights
The brand or tenant remains responsible for the material it uploads, manages, publishes or shares through MAUDEX. You must have the rights and permissions needed for images, videos, product files, copy, creator submissions and other content.
Creator submissions
If creator or collaborator content is collected through MAUDEX, the brand should make sure the creator understands how the content may be reviewed, approved, rejected, requested for changes, stored and published.
Plans, checkout and payment
MAUDEX plans, limits, pricing and checkout information should be reviewed before subscribing or upgrading. Payments may be handled by secure third-party payment providers. Taxes, billing terms and renewal rules may depend on the selected plan.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep MAUDEX stable and useful, but features, plans and availability may change as the product develops. We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of MAUDEX after updates means the updated Terms apply.
Responsibility and limitation
MAUDEX is provided as a business tool for organizing and publishing brand material. To the extent permitted by law, 6FIVE AB is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or unauthorized use caused by misuse, incorrect permissions or third-party services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions or disputes should first be raised with 6FIVE AB so they can be handled in a practical and good-faith way.
